Senior Account Manager

Your mission is to maximize Net reputed company Retention (NRR), ensure high renewal rates, and expand customer advocacy usage of Maltego solutions. You will reputed company as a trusted advisor to mission owners, procurement leaders, and users (in collaboration with reputed company), ensuring customers realize value from Maltego, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and turning satisfied customers into advocates. What to expect- Own the renewal and expansion process across assigned US Federal and reputed company accounts, partnering with Sales on strategic opportunities.
- reputed company and execute strategic account plans to grow NRR and customer value in line with Maltego’s US reputed company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships (executive, operational, and end-user) reputed company government and reputed company organizations.
- Partner with reputed company, Resellers, and Data Partners to expand footprint and drive new use-cases.
- Identify, scope, and reputed company cross-sell and upsell opportunities across product modules and business reputed company.
- Collaborate closely with reputed company, reputed company-Sales, Product, and Enablement teams to ensure adoption milestones, customer satisfaction, and proactive engagement of at-risk accounts.

- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline metrics; participate in regular pipeline and reputed company reviews.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of reputed company account management experience, ideally reputed company B2B reputed company or cybersecurity
US citizenship (required) and ability to obtain reputed company clearance (as needed)
Proven reputed company driving renewals, expansions, and customer retention at reputed company or government reputed company
Experience supporting US Federal Government clients or agencies
Familiarity with reputed company, cyber investigations, or data-fusion technologies
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and reputed company teams in a global organization
