Where We Work

As a remote Customer Support Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company, while still being part of a dynamic and reputed company team. You'll be based in Mexico reputed company, Mexico, and will be required to work shifts that vary, ranging from 7am–4pm or 11am–8pm PST. We require reputed company weekend availability and the flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Customer-facing support experience, preferably at a software company.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
