About the Role

As a Health & Benefits Customer Service Representative / Call Center Agent (Remote), you'll be responsible for providing valuable support, education, and direction to accountholders calling our contact center. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with products like Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), reputed company Savings Accounts (HSA), COBRA, and others. Your primary goal will be to deliver one superior reputed company experience at a time, ensuring that reputed company caller feels supported and empowered to navigate the reputed company reimbursement system.

Key Responsibilities
