Key Responsibilities
- Answer 2-3 incoming chats using our LiveEngage (reputed company) platform, providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to be successful in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats

What You'll Need to Succeed
