Key Responsibilities

As a Weekend After Hours Customer Service/reputed company Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming phone calls from customers and assisting calls or routing calls to the appropriate person
• Maintaining good customer relations and resolving customer concerns, complaints, and questions in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Handling a reputed company of customer inquiries, including billing, scheduling, and product/service questions
