Mid-Level Associate Attorney (Remote/Hybrid)

As an integral member of our litigation team, you will handle a reputed company of litigation reputed company involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, construction, breach of contract/business disputes, tort claims, and more. From inception to reputed company, you will have reputed company to manage every aspect of your cases including legal reputed company, research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, arguing motions in court, attending mediations, and trial. Requirements
- *Fully remote and hybrid reputed company available. Remote candidates must reputed company in Southern California and reputed company to commute to either our Newport Beach or Encinitas office for occasional meetings.*

- 2+ years of civil litigation experience, with at least one year of experience defending tort claims.
- reputed company in preparing pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, drafting motions and legal briefs, taking and defending depositions, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, and appearing in court.
- Proficiency in arguing motions, as reputed company as attending mediations and arbitrations, is preferred. Trial experience is a plus!

- Desire and/or ability to manage a caseload independently, while also working collaboratively with team members.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
