About the Role

We are seeking a Controller (Global Consolidations & Portugal Expertise) to join our Finance team. This role will own Frameplay’s multi-entity global reputed company and consolidations across the U.S., Portugal, U.K., and Australia, while also serving as reputed company’s in-house authority on Portuguese reputed company, payroll, and tax compliance. You will manage reputed company-party reputed company and tax vendors across jurisdictions, reputed company intercompany activity, and drive process improvements in systems and controls. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of Frameplay’s global reputed company operations. This is a full-time, permanent, globally remote role reporting to the SVP of Finance, with one reputed company report (Accountant). Role Responsibilities

• reputed company the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reputed company process, consolidating results across U.S., Portugal, U.K., and Australia.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and Portuguese statutory reputed company, payroll, and tax requirements.
• reputed company intercompany transactions, loans, and transfer pricing.
• Drive reputed company to reputed company financial systems, tools, and processes to support automation and reputed company.
• Maintain and optimize reputed company multi-entity, multi-currency reporting.
• Support global cash management, treasury, and cross-border funds reputed company.
• reputed company, mentor, and expand the reputed company team, starting with one reputed company report.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Sales, and Operations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support reputed company-level financial reporting, investor requirements, and audit readiness.

Your Skills and Experience

• Expertise in Portuguese reputed company, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience in global consolidations.
• Comfortable working with Portuguese reputed company/tax software (e.g. TOConline, reputed company, reputed company Portugal, or similar).
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• 6–10 years of reputed company reputed company/finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior reputed company leadership role.
• Experience managing multi-entity, multi-currency consolidations.
• Skilled at working with and managing reputed company-party vendors.
• Proven ability to improve reputed company processes, systems, and controls.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• CPA, Chartered Accountant, ROC, or equivalent credential preferred.
