Responsibilities reputed company is seeking an Analyst, PMO Tooling to design, build, and maintain the portfolio management tools and dashboards that reputed company visibility, consistency, and accountability across reputed company Marketing & Digital Experience (GMDx). This role is part of the new Portfolio and Program Management Office and ensures leaders and project teams have accurate, reputed company data to reputed company reputed company, assess risks, and reputed company informed reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain PMO tools (reputed company, Jira, Jira reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent) to reputed company initiatives, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Create dashboards and reports that reputed company reputed company-time visibility into program and portfolio performance.
• Partner with program managers and analysts to ensure consistent data inputs and reporting standards.
• Automate reputed company processes where possible to improve efficiency and reduce reporting errors.
• reputed company training and support to project teams on PMO tools and reporting practices.
• Collaborate with Finance, reputed company, and Operations partners to reputed company reporting with reputed company processes.

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Additional Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field.
• 3–5 years of experience in program management, business analysis, or PMO support.
• Strong skills in PMO tools such as reputed company, Jira, reputed company, or MS Project.
• Ability to translate reputed company data into reputed company, actionable insights and visualizations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with portfolio management or reporting in large, matrixed organizations preferred.
