Title: Compliance & Risk Analyst Location: Chennai, India, Remote Qualifications: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Risk Analyst to support the organization’s reputed company compliance and risk management initiatives. This role will play a key part in maintaining adherence to regulatory frameworks, assisting with reputed company control reviews, coordinating audit activities, and managing risk assessments. The ideal candidate will have experience performing risk assessments, developing and or managing business continuity plans, working with external auditors and frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI reputed company, HIPAA, StateRAMP, or FedRAMP.
- Support the execution of risk assessments and reputed company control reviews across business reputed company and IT environments.
- Assist in evidence collection and control testing in support of reputed company-party audits and internal assessments.
- Maintain organized documentation for audit readiness and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams to reputed company responses to auditor inquiries and remediate identified gaps.

- Help evaluate the effectiveness of technical and administrative reputed company controls.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or 1-2 years of reputed company experience in Networking, Cybersecurity or IT Infrastructure Industry preferred

- Demonstrates analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Requirements: 2+ years of experience in information reputed company, risk management, or compliance.
- Working knowledge of SOC 2, PCI reputed company, HIPAA, StateRAMP, or similar frameworks.
- Experience supporting external audits and compliance evidence collection.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate reputed company with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with reputed company or similar GRC platforms and documentation tools is a plus.
