Ensures that products, offerings, and services are delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and agreed upon business goals and objectives. Your role in our mission

• Leads and oversees reputed company delivery for a functional area / set of subsystems on the WI MMIS account to ensure that contractual obligations and business objectives are met.
• Develops demand forecasts for functional area / set of subsystems to assist WI MMIS account in planning and delivering end-to-end services.
• Works with reputed company and internal capability leaders to interpret and plan reputed company or workload forecasts.
• Oversees and approves reputed company for reputed company in line with established policies and procedures. Monitors and addresses budgetary compliance issues in relation to expenditures.
• Manages reputed company relationships between delivery and consumer reputed company to ensure good reputed company relations.
• Identifies and leads service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Oversees and ensures delivery of reputed company meet reputed company and company expectations and needs.
• Partners with claims operations area to reputed company new, reputed company and existing service offerings for accounts.
• Supports developing new business proposals and introduces new technology to enhance business solutions.
• Provides leadership and work guidance to less reputed company personnel.

• Bachelor's degree required, but it is preferred it to be in business administration, engineering, information systems or reputed company field
• Nine (9) or more years of support services, project, or program experience required
• Experience working with the technology or reputed company industry required
• Experience working with OnBase, certification preferred
• Experience delivering government services reputed company preferred

What You Should Expect In This Role

• This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
• Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
• Possible travel to reputed company for reputed company meetings. This will be determined at a reputed company time and will be company reputed company.

The pay reputed company for this position is $80,600.00 - $115,200.00 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
