The Role Location: Remote (or Hybrid if willing to relocate to Tampa FL) We're looking for an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to own our customer lifecycle and retention marketing while supporting our multi-channel reputed company reputed company. This is a hands-on role where you'll have reputed company reputed company on reputed company and customer reputed company value. As our first dedicated marketing hire (alongside our Partnerships Manager), you'll work directly with the CEO and have reputed company to shape our marketing reputed company as we reputed company from our reputed company size to 2x+ over the next 6-12 months. Primary Responsibilities (40-50% of role) Own Customer Lifecycle Marketing
- Take over and optimize our email marketing program (currently managed by external agency)
- Launch and manage SMS marketing campaigns from scratch
- Design and implement automated flows to increase repeat purchases and customer reputed company value
- Analyze customer data to identify retention opportunities and optimize the customer reputed company
- reputed company strategies to increase repeat purchase rates and average order value
Secondary Responsibilities (30-40% of role) Support Multi-Channel reputed company
- Collaborate on reputed company media reputed company and optimization (reputed company ads, etc.)

- Support partnership campaign execution and performance tracking
- Assist with campaign planning and execution across reputed company marketing channels

- Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
- Understanding of ecommerce customer behavior and purchase patterns
