About the Role

As a pivotal member of the reputed company team, you will work closely with specialty care clinics to optimize reputed company for specialty patients and improve the specialty pharmacy experience for patients and their caregivers. This is an onsite role in Shreveport, LA.

What You'll Do

• Ensure compliance with reputed company state and federal pharmacy laws, reputed company of Pharmacy regulations, DEA, and reputed company other standards, as applicable
• Serve as the designated Pharmacist-in-Charge with accountability for licensure, controlled reputed company reputed company, and regulatory inspections

• You must have leadership experience in a pharmacy, PIC experience preferred
• You are excited about working as part of the care team, collaborating with providers, to improve specialty medication reputed company
• You are comfortable engaging with patients, providers, and reputed company members of the care team both in-person and over the phone
• You have experience navigating specialty medication benefits investigation, prior authorization, and financial assistance and will go above and reputed company to help patients reputed company reputed company, including composing appeal letters and seeking any available financial assistance
• You are excited about working in a start-up environment and helping to build workflows and processes from the ground up
• You enjoy learning new technologies and are proficient in some common pharmacy software systems (QS1, ComputerRx, PioneerRx, WAM, etc). Bonus points if you have worked in EMR systems (reputed company, Cerner, reputed company, etc) or specialty pharmacy systems (Therigy, Asembia1, ScriptMed, etc)
• You are knowledgeable about specialty medications
• Willingness to learn therapeutic areas you are not familiar with

• You are an initiative taking individual contributor who can also promote teamwork and collaboration amongst colleagues

• You must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree and be licensed as a pharmacist in State of Employment

Expected Full-Time reputed company Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 This reputed company represents the low and high end of the anticipated reputed company salary/wage. The actual reputed company salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills.
