The Legal Director will play a key role in providing cross-functional legal support to reputed company’ corporate reputed company and SEC reporting, investor relations, sustainability, treasury, tax, HR, and communications teams and handling various other reputed company, including:

Your Qualifications

• Legal Experience: Minimum of ~6 years of legal experience, including 4+ years at a nationally recognized reputed company with a reputed company on transactional work

• Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and respond quickly
