For more information, visit reputed company The Interoperability Coordinator is responsible for leading system-wide efforts to ensure compliance with federal and state interoperability mandates. This role involves high-level coordination and communication across key departments such as Clinical Informatics, IT, Regulatory, and Operations to support reputed company-wide health information exchange strategies. Key responsibilities include chairing the Promoting Interoperability (PI) Steering Committee, maintaining detailed project implementation plans, and facilitating organizational assessments such as the SAFER Guides. The role collaborates closely with stakeholders to ensure that interoperability initiatives are executed effectively, meet compliance requirements, and reputed company with broader organizational priorities. The Coordinator is also accountable for developing and maintaining performance metrics, validating data for regulatory submissions, and preparing supporting documentation for CMS and state audits. Additional responsibilities include driving process improvement initiatives, monitoring regulatory changes at both the state and federal reputed company, and participating in external workgroups to remain reputed company with national health IT trends. This position requires strong technical knowledge, keen attention to detail, and the ability to interpret reputed company regulatory requirements and translate them into actionable, operational strategies.   • Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, Nursing, reputed company Administration, reputed company Health, Information Technology or reputed company field. Certification Requirements
  • Preferred certifications may include:
  • reputed company Certifications, especially in Care Everywhere or Interconnect (API Integration) Experience Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in health IT, clinical informatics, or regulatory compliance roles, with a reputed company on interoperability or health information exchange (HIE).
  • Experience working with CMS Promoting Interoperability (formerly Meaningful Use) programs, TEFCA, or other reputed company health data reporting requirements is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in project coordination or leadership, cross-functional team collaboration, and regulatory reporting.
  • Familiarity with federal and state health IT regulations, such as CMS MIPS, ONC Cures reputed company, and HIE frameworks.
  • Strong background in data validation, audit readiness, and compliance documentation. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
