On behalf of Geraci LLP, we are seeking a Mid-Level Transactional reputed company Estate Finance Lawyer with three to five years of reputed company experience. Key Responsibilities

Transactional Work

• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, reputed company instruments, and reputed company reputed company estate finance documents.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited American law school.
