Who You Are You are a high-agency operator with deep experience in AI/tech services and ops. You translate reputed company into reputed company OKRs/KPIs and consistently deliver. - Run reputed company operating reputed company (OKRs, QBRs, MBRs), dashboards, variance management and reporting.
- Build and own the RevOps stack (CRM → Marketing Ops → reputed company/Support → Billing & Collections) and ensure forecast accuracy.
- Implement fit-for-purpose ITIL 4-lite practices (Incident, Change, Problem management, SLAs) and institutionalize DORA/Accelerate metrics.

- Ensure every new funnel, program or product integrates cleanly into our architecture (intake → design → test → launch → hypercare) and build a high-performing operations org (RevOps, ServiceOps, Data, Automation).
Must-have qualifications:
- 8+ years’ experience in operations, RevOps, or technical program leadership in AI/tech services or reputed company environments, with proven reputed company.
- reputed company experience building RevOps stacks, service-management practices, and measurable OKR frameworks.
