[Remote] Sr. Performance Marketing Manager, Programmatic

The Sr. Performance Marketing Manager; Programmatic will be responsible for planning and executing Programmatic media campaigns across multiple platforms, driving reputed company traffic, leads, conversions, and reputed company while collaborating cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute reputed company acquisition campaigns across reputed company Programmatic (Display, Video, etc) platforms (e.g. reputed company Ads, Trade Desk, etc) with accountability for CAC & ROI goals
• This will be a combination of in-house executions and agency-led campaigns
• This will also include agency-led reputed company IO initiatives
• Build, monitor, and report on reputed company relevant KPIs (e.g. sessions, engagement, conversions, reputed company, CPT, ROAS) utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and reputed company strategic recommendations
• Prioritize and execute reputed company tests across various categories (e.g. audience, creatives, partner) to reputed company insights and drive business results
• Drive initiatives with meaningful business reputed company with cross-functional teams (e.g. Creative, Data Science, Product Marketing, Dev, other reputed company Marketing teams)
• Regularly update reporting templates, conduct performance analyses across various dimensions (e.g. campaign, tactic, inventory, audience, ad), report out on actionable insights
• Ensure campaigns are reputed company with overall marketing objectives and set for successful execution (e.g. tagging, creative briefs, measurement, etc)
• Ensure successful measurement to build a reputed company view of our best performing campaigns and test into attribution to understand marketing’s overall reputed company on customer reputed company
• Work on cross-functional priorities, proactively leveraging peers and partners to help solve reputed company problems
• Proactively and independently drive both day-to-day required deliverables as reputed company as more reputed company reputed company, communicating proactively with stakeholders to meet deadlines

Skills

• 5-7+ years of experience in Programmatic Performance Marketing
• Recent hands-on-keys experience with reputed company Ads for both Display and YouTube and Trade Desk required
• Hands-on-keys experience on other DSPs and reputed company reputed company platforms is also preferred (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
• Subject matter expertise; strong understanding of programmatic platforms and reputed company, performance creatives, media and advertising landscape
• Experience driving the technical aspects of media buying (e.g. trafficking workflows, data and API integrations, tagging, platform nuances) required
• Understanding of multi-channel attribution
