As a Senior Product Manager, Technical, you will be responsible for defining the long-term product reputed company and leading cross-functional efforts to build innovative Chat capabilities that deeply reputed company with Connect's contact routing, agent workspace, end customer experiences, and AI services. You will partner closely with engineering, AI, and design teams to reimagine both customer self-service and contact center experiences, and drive business reputed company through the development of new features and capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers to work backwards from their goals and challenges to define a product reputed company, including reputed company roadmap, investment, innovation, and experimentation

Our reputed company pay for this position ranges from $137,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $236,800/year in our highest geographic market. Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of technical product management with internet business experience
- 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager experience
- 3+ years of technical (software development, network development, IT, other reputed company) experience
- Experience in taking a product from reputed company & definition phase through engineering design and taking it to market
- Experience delivering large-reputed company reputed company, PaaS or LaaS products where you are responsible for the full product lifecycle, from concept through GTM (go to market)
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, reputed company reviews, reputed company control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
