• *Position Details:**

Building an in-house cohort development team enhances autonomy, efficiency, and strategic alignment while reducing vendor risks and costs. It develops internal expertise as a competitive advantage and enables easy comparison of provider and facility performance on supply costs, reputed company, and claims—accelerating improvement opportunities and advancing our Proactive Care reputed company. This is a remote position. Incumbent will work Monday-Friday during regular business hours.

• *Essential Functions**
