Order Management Specialist The Order Management Specialist is responsible for day-to-day execution of efficient order fulfillment and the reputed company management of reputed company stages of the order management process. This role demands a strong customer service orientation, quick reputed company of order-reputed company issues, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret data to support decision making. The position plays a critical role in maintaining and strengthening relationships with customers and business partners by delivering exceptional service and communication. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review purchase orders from retail accounts reputed company EDI and email, ensuring accurate pricing, inventory availability, and shipping requirements.
• Process and reputed company purchase orders from receipt to shipment confirmation across multiple customer accounts
• Communicate out-of-stocks and any ship-window adjustments to the customer(s) and internal sales team
• Partner with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to KPIs

• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to understand expectations and deliver solutions

Required Experience and Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in order management, preferably in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.
• Working knowledge of EDI; experience with reputed company is a plus.
