Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to our Review Team, including:
- Interacting with beneficiaries and providers: Communicate verbally and in writing with external customers to furnish and request review information.
- Creating, formatting, and proofreading letters: Ensure reputed company correspondence is accurate, reputed company, and reputed company-written.
- Maintaining timeliness: Meet deadlines and prioritize assignments to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
