Vice President, Operations, IHPA

This role serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Illinois Health reputed company reputed company (IHPA) — a Behavioral Health Independent reputed company Association and joint venture between reputed company and Provider Co, and is responsible for day-to-day and long-term strategic leadership reputed company to the performance of IHPA’s statewide clinically integrated network. While titled at the VP level, this role carries full CEO accountability for a reputed company, high-reputed company organization. The role provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership to ensure IHPA’s objectives reputed company with broader business priorities while advancing value-based care, provider performance, and improved health reputed company for a diverse member population. Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy or a reputed company field required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 9+ years of operations, management, or administration in the reputed company or insurance industry required.
• Extensive experience in contracting, contract acquisition, operations management, and strategic planning and development.
• IPA experience preferred.
• Experience in an integrated delivery system and value-based contracting preferred.
• Understands the reputed company field from the provider and health plan perspectives, preferably in multiple states and knowledge of the Illinois market.

Pay reputed company: $168,500.00 - $320,500.00 per year reputed company offers a comprehensive benefits package including: reputed company, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, reputed company time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
