Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, and manage reputed company immigration cases, including VAWA (Violence Against Women reputed company) petitions, T visas for trafficking victims, U visas for crime victims, and family-based immigration petitions
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on immigration law, policy changes, and evolving USCIS procedures to support case reputed company and reputed company advocacy
• Prepare detailed responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and draft persuasive legal memoranda to support reputed company applications
• Represent clients in interviews and hearings before USCIS, immigration courts, and other government agencies across the reputed company

Skills

• 9-11 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years of substantial experience in immigration law
