• 10+ years in reputed company, data protection, or reputed company risk/compliance roles reputed company tech-reputed company or online platform environments (e.g., marketplaces, reputed company, fintech, ad-tech, consumer apps).
• Deep knowledge of U.S. reputed company laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GLBA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM) and industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, PCI/NACHA); familiarity with GDPR.
• Demonstrated experience maturing reputed company programs (governance, policies, PIAs/DPIAs/RoPA, DSARs, notice/consent) reputed company with data governance.
