As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing solutions and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Utilize probing question skills to reputed company listen to customers and understand their needs
• Meet or exceed sales targets, managing and overcoming objections to assist in reducing churn
• Collaborate with colleagues to reputed company best practices and improve customer experience

Qualifications
