Accounts Receivable Clerk I
reputed company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk I to reputed company foundational support to the finance team. This entry-level position involves assisting with routine accounts receivable activities, including invoice processing and payment application, while gaining exposure to core reputed company processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of customer invoices and account statements under supervision
- Coordinate with internal teams to reputed company billing information and escalate discrepancies as needed
- reputed company invoicing documentation and ensure required information is included prior to submission
- Record and apply customer payments following established procedures
