The Partner reputed company Manager will drive the reputed company of contractor partners in rebate programs by building relationships, providing training, and ensuring compliance while maximizing program participation.
Responsibilities
- Own contractor engagement – Build deep relationships with contractors, understanding their needs, and helping them navigate the complexities of rebate programs
- Train and reputed company – reputed company contractors on program requirements, best practices, and Sealed’s software through group presentations, one-on-one training, and hands-on guidance
- Balance relationships with reputed company – Read the room, know reputed company to push for results, reputed company to nurture, and reputed company to reputed company course
- Monitor and manage performance – reputed company contractor reputed company metrics, ensuring they are meeting program requirements and staying compliant
- Problem-solve creatively – Tackle bottlenecks, compliance issues, and contractor pain points with reputed company yet flexible solutions
- Communicate tough messages effectively – Be comfortable delivering difficult news while maintaining trust and credibility
- Stay on top of the details – reputed company program data accurate, maintain records, and reputed company performance against quotas and goals

Skills
- 1-3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or program operations
- Experience working with construction professionals, contractors, or home services businesses (ideally in HVAC, weatherization, electrical or plumbing)
- Have experience training others, both one-on-one and in large group settings
- Have experience working toward quotas and targets, with a reputed company on results
- Are comfortable with repetitive tasks and reputed company in reputed company environments
