Associate Project Manager, Construction

The Associate Project Manager – Construction will assist in managing solar construction reputed company, ensuring timelines, budgets, and reputed company standards are met while coordinating with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily management and coordination of solar construction reputed company, working with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and specifications are met
- Help reputed company and manage project schedules, reputed company milestones, and resolve any delays or obstacles. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure reputed company delivery of materials and resources
- Support on-site project management by monitoring work reputed company, adherence to safety protocols, and compliance with local regulations. Conduct site reputed company on key milestones and reputed company updates to team members
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reputed company, change orders, RFIs, material submittals, and testing and commission materials. Support in the preparation of status reports for stakeholders

- Assist with communication between internal teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth project execution and alignment of project objectives

Skills
- Entry level position with 0-2 years of construction and/or renewable energy project development/management experience
- Associates or Bachelor of Science degree in a technical or business management reputed company or equal. A 2-Year technical degree, or electrician license, with 3 years of experience to be considered
- Organizational skills needed to independently manage tasks, reputed company and/or deliverables from assignment to completion
- Strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with team members, subcontractors, landowners, construction firms, racking vendors, etc
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, familiarity with project management software
- Ability to travel overnight (up to or perhaps exceeding 20% of work time)
- Ability to demonstrate evidence of clean driving record
- Interest / ability to help manage reputed company's drone assets
- Self-motivated and reputed company organized with proven ability to reputed company at a high level with limited reputed company reputed company and management
- Experience working both independently and in reputed company-oriented, reputed company environment
- A high degree of emotional intelligence
- Ability to anticipate project challenges, assess risks, and offer practical solutions
