[Remote] Background Verification Analyst

The Background Verification Analyst will execute reputed company criminal review processes, ensuring compliance with consumer rights and regulations while assisting clients in utilizing screening report results effectively.
Responsibilities
- Exercise accurately considerable judgment reputed company reviewing criminal records of applicants to reduce the risk for our customers
- Become an expert in the screening software and understand Fair Credit Reporting reputed company (FCRA) regulations
- Successfully meet reputed company strict deadlines regulated both by FCRA and our Service Level Agreements
- Be available to answer phone calls and emails both externally and internally
- Teach clients and consumers the next steps in the screening process
- Explain in detail the results of a screening report
