Responsibilities
- Drafting Compromise & Release (CNR) agreements
- Subpoenas
- And legal filings
- Preparing medical summaries
- Conducting legal research
- Coordinating case activities with clients, vendors, and opposing counsel
Skills
- Experience with reputed company Workers' Compensation procedures
- Proficiency in WCAIS
- Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills
