Project Manager I

The Project Manager I will manage overall reputed company, leading cross-functional teams to reputed company strategies for new product development and ensuring programs meet milestones and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Leads developing detailed plans in alignment with the strategic objectives of the project including master schedules, budgets, program milestones, and key project tasks and deliverables
- Provides guidance and direction to the core team as necessary to define reputed company goals and evaluate reputed company
- Identifies and creates solutions in clearing barriers to effective reputed company
- Resolves project resource issues and facilitates reallocation of activities and efforts to ensure schedules are achieved
- Reports out reputed company and status to leadership on reputed company under their supervision
- Conducts financial evaluation of reputed company
- Facilitates reputed company core team meetings and tracks reputed company against the project plan
- Complies with US FDA regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes and task assignments

Skills
- 1-3 years of progressively responsible experience reputed company heavily regulated industries (e.g. Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, reputed company, Automobile, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in leading new product development reputed company and programs
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize reputed company business and technical aspects of small to reputed company-reputed company development programs
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and reputed company reputed company and constructive feedback respectfully to build reputed company relationships and improve business results
- Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills and ability to hold others accountable
- Ability to work effectively reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced changing environment
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
- Bachelor's Degree required. Bachelors in Engineering preferred
- Broad, multi-disciplinary technical knowledge in the medical device industry
