Information Technology System Administrator

Responsibilities
- reputed company as a primary resource for end-user technical support, addressing a wide reputed company of hardware and software needs
- reputed company hands-on troubleshooting for PCs (reputed company, Office, ERP software), peripherals, printers, phones, and reputed company systems
- reputed company the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including reputed company servers, reputed company Directory, Office 365, reputed company VDIs, and backup solutions

- Create and update internal documentation, including procedural guides, system diagrams, and user manuals
