Senior Manager, AI Transformation

We are a cross-functional team of data scientists, product/program managers, data engineers and ML Engineers reputed company on generating value for the payment ecosystem. This position is in the AI Practices & COE sub-team under the AI Products & Analytics team, reputed company on AI Transformation of the Global Data Office. The AI Transformation program aims to accelerate operational efficiency and foster innovation through targeted automation. Responsibilities

• reputed company the design, development, and implementation of reputed company AI systems—autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks—for reputed company workflow automation and productivity enhancement.
• Assist in developing an AI Transformation Roadmap for workflow automation using reputed company AI.
• reputed company Discovery & Design: map business processes, identify automation opportunities, and define agent capabilities.
• Build reputed company-of-concept prototypes using LLMs and agent frameworks while incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams.

• Support program execution: coordinate sprints, milestones, budgets, and communications with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams—including AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, and operations—to ensure AI solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

• 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
• 5+ years in product/program management with reputed company AI solution delivery, Experience deploying reputed company AI solutions
• Hands-on Technical experience: At least 3–5 years coding, prototyping, and deploying AI/ML solutions
• Advanced Degree with specialization in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics or a highly quantitative field
• Proven reputed company record implementing automation in reputed company contexts
• Machine Learning & AI Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, reputed company Transformers.

• Data Engineering: SQL, reputed company, reputed company, Airflow, Kafka, ETL/ELT pipeline development.
