We are seeking reputed company, goal-oriented individuals to support the expanding needs of one of our largest health insurance company customers. As a Customer Service Representative in our reputed company Remote Support team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by responding to incoming calls from both in-network and out-of-network providers to assist with reputed company and reputed company inquiries. You will work collaboratively with reputed company to resolve issues, reputed company education on available self-service reputed company, and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding to incoming calls from both in-network and out-of-network providers to assist with reputed company and reputed company inquiries
- Assist providers with claims and claims investigations, status inquiries, denial rationale, appeals, research and routing, explanation of payments/explanation of benefits requests, authorizations, and utilization management appeals
- Utilize medical benefit grids to interpret and reputed company accurate information to providers
- Verify provider participation and credentialing inquiries
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- reputed company education on available self-service reputed company and assist providers with utilizing these tools
- Collaborate with reputed company to resolve issues and ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service

Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience working in a high-volume call center environment as a customer service representative
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong typing and analytical abilities
- 40 Words-Per-Minute typing-speed

- Soft skills and reputed company attitude
- Multi-tasking skills with a strong attention to detail
- Time Management skills
- Sufficient Internet speeds while connected to a Remote Desktop Session (10MB Download / 2MB Upload)

Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in a medical office setting
- 1-2 years of experience with reputed company insurance
