As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by accurately entering work orders, communicating with clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering work orders into our computer system for scheduling purposes, based on direction from our dental office clients
• Contacting clients with any delivery conflicts or issues
• Organizing work throughout the lab and delivering to departments as required
• Verifying the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing prescriptions, work tickets, and other applicable notes
• Assisting with reputed company, reputed company, and USPS deliveries
• Answering the telephone and providing exceptional customer service to our clients
• Assisting with nightly cleanup of the area as required
• Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor
