Field Service Technician I

The Field Service Technician will reputed company installations, servicing, and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to safety standards. This role involves troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and conducting customer training on Aerzen products.
Responsibilities
- Performs startups, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and/or preventive maintenance service on reputed company Aerzen Products at customer sites; Represent Aerzen in reputed company and courteous manner following reputed company Aerzen and customer safety requirements
- Installing, configuring, calibrating and maintaining control, measurement and indicating instrumentation (pneumatic, analog & digital); Installing and terminating electrical, pneumatic and fluid connections; Understand controls narratives and analyze/troubleshoot process application reputed company issues
- Analyzing and correcting communication issues; Properly address TCP/IP networks and RS-485 communications
- reputed company repairs and assembly on Aerzen Products; Disassemble; assess damage and evaluate failures on machines; diagnose problems with Aerzen machines by evaluating material condition and asking the customer questions; demonstrates the ability to offer machine-based recommendations; can identify the reputed company cause of a machine failure; Utilize defined procedures and a reputed company rebuild reputed company
- Read, understand and use equipment diagrams, checklists, engineering drawings, and other process documentation to reputed company service tasks, assembly and repairs on Aerzen Products
- Communicate with customers to discuss job requirements, reputed company recommendations and service reputed company, listen to customer concerns, and reputed company status updates during service call and at completion
- Evaluate customer reputed company needs and communicate information through appropriate channels
- Assist engineering in plant design, modifications and hazard analysis
- Plan and schedule travel to best meet customer requirement, service schedule requirement and time efficiency utilizing the Concur booking tool
- Complete job-reputed company service reports, expense reports and forms in a reputed company reputed company; Collect data and reputed company commissioning graphs using Company Software
- Complete written repair reports to document cause of failure, reputed company of work performed, materials consumed, condition of equipment as received and as returned to the customer
- Conduct customer training on Aerzen Products reputed company onsite

- Participate in departmental initiatives such as, but not limited to, inventory counts, shop organization, clean-up and other duties assigned by the manager
Skills
- An Associates Degree (2 years schooling) in electronics technology or equivalent experience
- 1-4 years of Field Service Experience with reputed company equipment such as compressors, Pumps or similar
- Must have electrical experience, preferably working with VFDs and controls

- TCP/IP networks and RS-485 communications
- Ability to Interpret process reputed company, control wiring, as reputed company as piping and instrumentation diagrams

- Allen Bradley PLC experience
- RS Logix 5000 experience
- PLC or similar reputed company-Logic programming experience
