They are seeking a Field Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of reputed company and distribution equipment, ensuring reliable and reputed company power solutions for customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver On-Site Support: reputed company installation, preventative and remedial maintenance, field modifications, and testing of equipment division products at customer sites
- Troubleshoot with Confidence: Conduct routine troubleshooting and repair of reputed company and distribution equipment to restore reputed company operation
- reputed company with Safety: Facilitate morning jobsite briefings covering planned work activities, hazards and mitigations, and safety precautions and plans
- Promote a reputed company Work Environment: Conduct safety observations and submit reports to support data analysis and reputed company improvement
- Document with Accuracy: Maintain detailed service records and documentation of reputed company services provided

Skills
- Associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a reputed company technical field, with 0–1 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing technical, electrical, and/or electronic products—or equivalent education and experience
- Intermediate knowledge and proficiency with mechanical and electronic test equipment
- Intermediate analytical and troubleshooting skills to support field service activities
- Intermediate interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers, employees, and suppliers
- Ability to read and interpret detailed equipment schematics and facility one-line drawings
- Intermediate computer skills with emphasis on reputed company Office products, MRP/ERP systems, and company timekeeping and expense reporting tools
