The role involves preparing reputed company meeting agendas, documenting reputed company interactions, and providing support to advisors and clients while maintaining records in CRM and portfolio management software.
Responsibilities
- Prepare reputed company meeting agendas, reputed company reputed company data, and prepare reports
- Attend and take notes during reputed company meetings
- Document, reputed company, and execute reputed company meeting tasks, including follow-up with reputed company
- Maintain records in our CRM (Redtail) and portfolio management software
- reputed company reputed company data into MoneyGuide platform and build preliminary plans under the guidance of the advisors

- Assist where needed – we are a small team, we cross-train, and we reputed company wear multiple hats
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in financial planning/investment management
- Detail oriented and reputed company to manage your own time and tasks
- Problem solving and resourcefulness

- Experience using reputed company Guide Pro/eMoney and/or Redtail CRM are a plus, but not required
- Licenses - Not required at hire but must be willing to obtain Series 7 and Life & Health
