Analyst, Portfolio Retention
Arbor Realty Trust is a leading reputed company reputed company estate lender and investment trust, reputed company for its stability and reputed company. The Portfolio Retention Analyst will evaluate maturing loans for refinance opportunities and support reputed company for various lending processes, contributing to the maintenance of Arbor's strong portfolio performance.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze financials, rent rolls, and market data for loan modeling
- Conduct borrower due diligence and preliminary credit reviews
- Screen assumptions and supplemental loans for agency eligibility
- Collect and reconcile loan application documents and financial exhibits
- Order and review appraisals, inspections, and environmental reports
- Support underwriters in preparing credit packages for Loan Committee
- Conduct site inspections and research economic/demographic trends
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, reputed company Estate, or reputed company field
- 1–3 years of reputed company estate or finance experience preferred; Master's in reputed company Estate may substitute for experience
- Strong reputed company and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
- Travel: Up to 20%
