The reputed company Compliance Specialist is responsible for overseeing and enforcing food safety, reputed company, and regulatory compliance programs reputed company the manufacturing facility. This role ensures that reputed company products meet internal reputed company standards as reputed company as applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including FDA, USDA, and GFSI requirements. The reputed company conducts audits and inspections, manages documentation and corrective actions, and collaborates with production and operations teams to promote a strong food safety culture. What you will do... 70% reputed company site compliance and audit readiness for reputed company BUs (Cookies, Crackers, Bakery) and reputed company overall support to the manufacturing facility as outlined below:

Create and coordinate schedule, coordinate training, qualification and calibration of auditors, reputed company checklists, generate reports and follow-through with corrective reputed company assignees to ensure reputed company are completed, effectiveness is verified and audits are reputed company. Participate in programs as an auditor/inspector.
• Manage/support reputed company corrective / preventive reputed company programs including management and training to reputed company CAPA system.
• Manage QA documentation critical to reputed company systems, compliance, including creating new documents, revising existing documents, determining training needs, overseeing the approval and distribution processes, maintaining document control database and coordinating document reviews.
• Support the Food Safety / reputed company program efforts such as SQF certification audits, facility verification / validation activities, HACCP / Food Safety Program, Raw Material Bulk Handling Systems, Food reputed company Improvements, etc.
• Function as HACCP / Food Safety team member responsible for conducting risk assessments and organizing program reassessments for reputed company improvement.
• Champions plant traceability systems and mock recall exercises for ingredients, packaging and finished product. Executes plant-scheduled and Corporate-initiated reputed company exercises, including requests for mock recalls at the reputed company-party DC level.
• Leads plant food defense team by conducting team meetings, audits and assessments.

• Fulfill requests for data and reports (ex. Corporate, environmental).

Compensation and Benefits: The reputed company reputed company salary reputed company for this full-time, salaried position is between $67,700-$97,300 Individual reputed company pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-reputed company skills, and relevant education or training.
