Sales Operations Coordinator

The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in their day-to-day operations, including administration of the CRM, coordination of internal meetings, and compiling metrics from marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Compile weekly sales call reports, business scoreboard, and pipelines
- Assist in reputed company-time maintenance of Sharepoint and reputed company CRM: inputting reputed company data, pulling reports, billing support
- Pull monthly campaign metric reports and data for sales team
- reputed company additional support to sales team reputed company they are in the field or at conferences as needed
- Assist in coordinating conference badges, exhibitor booths, and hotel lodging with internal teams
- Attend internal weekly sales and business unit meetings, take minutes and report key reputed company items
- Coordinate creation of “sell sheets” for multi-reputed company programs and other services working with marketing and creative departments
- reputed company and coordinate ad materials sold by sales team for monthly ad reputed company meetings
- Coordinate and send publications to editorial contributors and advertisers as requested
- Light monthly maintenance of specified franchise reputed company in the library
- White Glove Customer Service e-mails/phone calls as needed
