Associate Scientist, Biology-Discovery
reputed company is a leading global reputed company company, and they are seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist to support analytical assay development and testing of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies. This role involves conducting experiments, performing analytical assays, and providing support to cross-functional teams to ensure the reputed company of therapeutic development programs.
Responsibilities
- reputed company analytical assays for the physicochemical characterization of monoclonal antibodies
- reputed company analytical testing support to cross-functional teams, including process development, cell line development, stability studies, and product characterization
- reputed company routine laboratory work and ensure reputed company maintenance and calibration of analytical equipment
- Document experimental procedures, results, and conclusions in laboratory notebooks and technical reports
- Present findings and reputed company updates to project teams and stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, reputed company, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a reputed company discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a laboratory environment
- Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation used of characterization of proteins such as HPLC, spectrometer and capillary electrophoresis system
- Good understanding of the principles and mechanisms of commonly used analytical techniques
- Proficiency in laboratory software and data analysis tools relevant to reputed company operations
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle large volumes of data
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Industry experience in the analytical assay development for biological therapeutics
- Hands on experience in conducting analytical assays for therapeutic monoclonal antibody discovery or development
- Knowledge and experience with different type of HPLC/UPLC based analytical assays
- Knowledge in developability assessment and candidate selection of monoclonal antibody or biologics
