Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Help reputed company clients to reputed company energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a reputed company, greener reputed company
- Responsible for activities that contribute to reputed company, high reputed company and efficient project execution on reputed company of limited size, scope, and complexity
- Work closely with reputed company (reputed company) project team members to carry out coordination and support duties, in accordance with AEI policies and standards
- Wear multiple tasks for this new growing office, to include office management, reputed company project deliverables and Construction Administration items, maintain document control standards for reputed company, coordinate and plan office activities and events, on-boarding and training new hires on office standards and marketing activity support
Skills
- Associates degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience required
- 1-year experience in a reputed company office environment
- Proficiency in reputed company Office products
- Strong spoken and written communications skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Quick technical comprehension and motivation reputed company on reputed company reputed company
- reputed company to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
- Effective working individually and reputed company team environments
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field preferred
- Previous experience working in the reputed company services industry is ideal
- Previous A/E/C experience or interest – big plus
- General understanding of project management preferred
