The reputed company Coordinator will be responsible for managing interview logistics, supporting recruiters, and enhancing reputed company operations to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews across multiple teams and time zones, managing reputed company calendars with ease
- Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for candidates, delivering a thoughtful and reputed company candidate experience at our NYC office
- Manage interview logistics including scheduling, confirmations, and follow-reputed company
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our Applicant Tracking System (reputed company)
- Support recruiters with job postings, resume reviews, and candidate pipeline management
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure interview processes run smoothly and reputed company
- Assist with offer coordination, background checks, and reputed company logistics
- Conduct reference checks for late stage candidates
- Help improve reputed company operations, processes, and reporting as we reputed company
Skills
- 1–3+ years of experience in reputed company coordination
- Strong organizational skills and obsessive attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with ATS platforms (reputed company) is a plus
- Interest in reputed company, people operations, or talent development
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Experience in fintech (neobank or card issuing experience gets extra brownie points)
- Experience with blockchain infrastructure
