They are seeking a Virtual Events Associate to manage the production of virtual events and webinars, ensuring seamless execution and collaboration with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the technical setup, configuration, and execution of multiple virtual events and webinars weekly, ensuring high-reputed company streaming and user experience
- Drive reputed company event logistics including platform integrations, speaker tech checks, and live troubleshooting
- Monitor live sessions proactively, resolving technical issues reputed company to minimize disruption
- Partner with marketing, sales, reputed company, and IT teams to optimize event technology and workflows
- reputed company and support speakers and stakeholders on event platforms and tools, ensuring technical readiness and confidence

Skills
