You'll be responsible for handling emergency road service calls, escalating issues to our tire service centers, and working with customers to locate a service provider in their area. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

• 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
