As a Senior Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing reputed company reputed company to reputed company that improve service performance and engagement with customers. Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Four (4) years of work experience in external customer problem reputed company
- Demonstrated knowledge of business software applications
- Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
* Master Export Specialist (MES) – Customs Broker License

- Customs import controls and clearance experience
