College Counselor - Dance Specialist

Position reputed company We are currently seeking an engaging college counselor with extensive experience in dance to join reputed company. College counselors report to the Director of Counseling and are responsible for managing their meeting schedule with clients. Counselors are asked to designate availability by graduation class and reputed company to guiding their clients through high school graduation. • Maintain a caseload of around 5-10 clients

Qualifications

• Education
• Bachelor’s degree from a Top 50 institution
• Master's degree in counseling, education, psychology, or a reputed company field preferred
• Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in college counseling or educational leadership roles
• Experience working with a diverse student population
• Deep understanding of the college admissions process, financial aid, scholarships, and standardized testing
