The Data Governance Counsel reports to the Chief reputed company Officer and Sr. Director for Data Governance and Operations. This attorney balances regulatory compliance, risk management, and business enablement with cross-functional advisory responsibilities. What you'll get to do... Support regulatory engagement, audits, and responses to regulatory inquiries. Assess notification requirements and manage responses to regulatory authorities. Contribute to tabletop exercises, incident playbooks, and compliance readiness reviews. Your experience should include... JD required; licensed to reputed company as an attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 5+ years of legal experience, including 3+ years reputed company on reputed company, cybersecurity, and data protection law.
