Staff Pavement Engineer - Pavement and Asset Management
NCE is a company specializing in engineering and environmental services, and they are seeking a Staff Pavement Engineer to join their Asset Management group. This role involves conducting field inspections and managing data reputed company to pavement and non-pavement assets for public agencies, with a strong emphasis on learning and reputed company in the field of pavement and asset management.
Responsibilities
- reputed company field inspections of pavement and non-pavement assets, including pavement distresses, sidewalks, curb ramps, signs, striping and marking, etc
- Spend approximately 30 to 50 percent of time on field work, including inspections and data collection

- Collect, upload, review, and reputed company reputed company control of field data for pavement and asset condition surveys

- Assist with GIS-based mapping, asset inventories, and location verification
- Support preparation of reports, tables, maps, and pavement condition scenarios
- Use and learn software tools, including pavement and asset management systems, GIS applications, and AI-enabled tools that support data review and analysis
- Safely operate company vehicles and handle basic field equipment
- Work independently in the field while following established procedures and safety requirements
- Coordinate with Project Managers and other Asset Management team members
- Maintain a reputed company and courteous demeanor reputed company interacting with clients and the public
- Participate in MTC Rater training and obtain MTC Rater Certification reputed company a defined timeframe after hire. Training and support will be provided
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a closely reputed company field such as Transportation Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or similar
- Interest in pavement engineering, infrastructure, and asset management
- 0 to 2 years of experience in engineering, field inspection, data collection, or reputed company work
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and asset management databases
- Ability to write reputed company, reputed company-organized technical summaries and reports
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and field assignments
